Cancellation policy

These terms apply to Avante Charters private experiences in La Paz, Baja California Sur. Anything not covered here is resolved directly with us before departure.

Deposit and confirmation

Bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit, equal to $3,200 MXN of the $16,000 MXN total.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of the experience unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Guest cancellations

If you need to cancel or move your date, let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone.

Refund or rescheduling terms for the deposit are confirmed directly with Avante Charters based on the date and how much notice we receive.

Weather and safety

Cruising depends on sea and weather conditions. If conditions are not safe, the trip is rescheduled at no additional cost.

The captain makes the final call on going out, always prioritizing guest safety.

Route changes

The itinerary is subject to sea conditions and the rules of protected natural areas.

When a stop cannot be visited, the captain proposes an equivalent alternative in the area.

Guests under 18

Minors may join once a parent or legal guardian signs a liability release form.
