How we use it

We use your data to answer your request, confirm availability, coordinate the experience and follow up before and after the trip.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

WhatsApp communication

The booking form builds a message with the details you entered so you can send it over WhatsApp. Once sent, that conversation is also subject to the platform provider's terms.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations, with reasonable safeguards in place.
